How to Grill Cubed Steak

Step 1-To make a grilled cube steak, preheat your grill to 350 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. If you are using a charcoal grill, heat it until you can easily hold your hand 3 inches above the grate for no more than five seconds.

Step 2-Coat the grill with oil lightly.

Step 3-Season the steaks on both sides of steak with salt, pepper, and any other spices you wish.

Step 4-Place the steaks on the grill. Grill for three minutes.

Step 5-Flip the steaks. Grill another three minutes.

Step 6-Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the cube steak.

Step 7-When the grilled steak has reached the appropriate internal temperature, remove it from the grill and place it on a serving platter or cutting board.

Step 8-Allow the steak to rest for at least three minutes before cutting and serving.

Important Note-If you want other ways to cook cube steak without frying it, you can bake it, too. Season the steak and place it in a shallow dish with a bit of water. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.Thats it!
