Take the chicken mince in a bowl and mix it with adding salt, chillies, chilly flakes, ginger garlic paste, ground spices, fresh coriander in it. Mix all the ingredients uniformly for 5-10 minutes so that all of them get mixed appropriately. And leave the mixture for 1-2 hours. You can also leave the mixture to be marinated over night.
