If people were aware of all the powerful healing effects of celery juice that I have discovered, it would be heralded as a magical superfood. Celery, in my opinion, has a great power to generate significant benefits for a wide range of health concerns.

While eating celery stalks is beneficial, it is not the same as drinking pure celery juice. When celery is juiced, the pulp (fiber) is eliminated, and I feel its healing properties become much more potent, particularly for those suffering from chronic sickness. You will also be able to consume a lot more celery juice than you would if you ate it.
Celery Juice and Bloating
Often people drink Celery juice to help reduce bloating. Although some people have said that they are more bloated after having the celery juice. Indeed celery juice helps a lot in breaking down all the old, rotting, undigested food in the stomach.
What does that mean for those who are experiencing more bloating? Celery juice may cause extra bloating in someone who has a highly toxic digestive tract and has a lot of rotting, undigested food in their digestive tract. Over time, if they continue to drink celery juice, their digestive tract will become less toxic and their bloating will start to disappear. So if celery juice is causing you to bloat, this may be a sign you have a lot of built-up toxins and celery juice is exactly what you need
Celery Juice Tips
- On an empty stomach, drink around sixteen ounces of celery juice every morning. Make certain that it is fresh, unadulterated celery juice with no added substances. One big bunch of celery yields around sixteen ounces of juice. Because celery juice is a therapeutic drink rather than a caloric one, you’ll still need breakfast to get through the morning. Simply wait at least fifteen minutes after you’ve finished your celery juice before eating anything else.
- Consider drinking twenty-four to thirty-two ounces of pure celery juice each day for even more advantages or if you suffer from a persistent ailment or symptom. You can drink it all at once on an empty stomach in the morning, or divide it into two servings as instructed below.
- If you cannot drink your celery juice first thing in the morning before a meal, the next best choice is to drink it fifteen to thirty minutes before or after eating something at any point during the day. If you consume 32 ounces per day, you may want to divide it into two sixteen-ounce meals. The first can be consumed on an empty stomach in the morning before eating, and the second in the late afternoon or early evening, at least fifteen to thirty minutes before your next meal.
- If sixteen ounces is too much for you, start with a lesser amount, such as two to eight ounces, and gradually increase your consumption. If two ounces is too much for you, try sixteen ounces of plain cucumber juice instead for now. Cucumber juice is really mild, and if you have been drinking cucumber juice for a time, you may try celery juice again.
- When possible, choose organic celery. If you are using regular celery, make sure to thoroughly wash it before juicing.
- It is recommended to make celery juice fresh and drink it right away. If you are unable to produce your celery juice immediately before drinking it, it is critical that you consume it within twenty-four hours of producing it. The juice should be stored in a glass mason jar with a cover and kept in the fridge. You may also freeze celery juice and sip it as it defrosts if you like. However, I feel that freezing celery juice reduces its tremendous therapeutic benefits, therefore it is preferable to consume it fresh whenever feasible.
- If you have a busy morning, save time by cleaning the celery and cutting it (if necessary) the night before so it is ready to juice in the morning.
- If the flavor of pure celery juice is too strong for you, juice one cucumber and/or one apple along with the celery. As you grow used to the flavor, this is a terrific alternative. Continue to increase the celery ratio as you become acclimated to it; I feel the biggest advantages come when celery juice drinks on its own. This includes removing any lemon, lime, ice, or other additional additives, which all alter the therapeutic properties of pure celery juice. Think straight celery for the finest effects. Also, if the juice tastes harsh, it might be due to the celery leaves. Some like to leave them on, while others prefer to take them off.
