Tips to Grill the Opah Perfectly
Following are some of the tips you have to follow to grill the opah with perfect taste.
- The opah is the right size for grilling. They are very thin and make for an easy meal that is tasty and healthy.
- Use a smaller grill to cook your fish if you want to keep it from burning. Wood chips or soaked bamboo skewers can be used as a “mop pot”.
- If you want to clean up your grill, remember that you can’t use metal utensils on a non-stick surface. Instead, put some oil on a paper towel and wipe the hot grill down.
- Do not forget to keep an eye on your fish while it’s grilling. You want to make sure that it gets evenly cooked and remains moist and tasty.
- If you are going to marinate, do so before you grill the fish. While it is cooking, you’ll want to apply oil before and after taking the fish off the grill as you do not want to burn it.
