In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, bring the water, salt, sugar, and butter to a boil. Using a wooden spatula, mix quickly the flour into the boiling mixture after it boils. Keep stirring until mixture is thick and does not stick to the pot.
Use a paddle attachment on a stand mixer or a heatproof bowl to mix the mixture. We will then be able to add the eggs to the churro dough after it has cooled down. You should allow 3-5 minutes for this process to complete.
