- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 450 grams sausage meat

- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 potatoes (Large)
- 5 tablespoon cooking oil (preferably Olive oil)

The first thing to do is to clean the leek and peel the onions. Then dice both into slices.
