- cream cheese (3 ounces, softened)
- sugar (1 tablespoon brown)
- lime juice (1 tablespoon)
- honey (2 tablespoons)
- yogurt (1/4 cup)
- lime zest (1 teaspoon grated)
Directions:
- Firstly, make 8 wedges using the pineapple then divide each wedge into 2 spears.
- Combine spears using lime juice, sugar, and honey; refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
- Combine all dip ingredients into another bowl then set aside.
- Evenly divide your cheese and marinated pineapples between your baguette slices then lightly dust with salt and pepper.
- Press the “GRILL” function on your electric grill then select the “MED” temperature option. Adjust the timer to 8 minutes then press the “START/STOP.” The electric grill should start to preheat. The grill should start to beep once it is fully preheated.
- Once you have heard a beep, arrange the mini sandwiches over the grill grate then close the lid.
- Close the lid then cook for approximately 4 minutes, flip the sandwiches and continue to cook for another 4 minutes on the opposite side.
- Divide into serving plates. Serve warm with the prepared dip.
