  • cheddar cheese, ½ cup, shredded
  • green onion, 1 chopped
  • red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • cayenne powder, 1 pinch

Directions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350ºF. Lightly grease a 6-inch cake pan with some oil.
  2. Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Add the sausage, bell pepper, cheese, onion, and cayenne powder, and mix until well combined.

  11. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the burritos. Cool before serving.
