Ricotta and Lemon Cheese Cake

Serves: 2

Time: 35 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium lemon(organic)
  • Ricotta (500g)
  • Sugar (150g)
  • 3 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:

Preheat Air fryer to 160˚ C. In a suitable size bowl zest lemon then combine ricotta, sugar, vanilla essence, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and lemon zest.  Gradually stir ingredients until they are thoroughly combined and form a consistent paste. In a separate bowl crack eggs individually, adding eggs one at a time to the mixture, and then stir.

Add corn starch to the mixture and mix thoroughly allow the mixture to sit for two minutes then pour the mixture into the air fryer dish. Slide the air fryer dish into the Air fryer’s basket and slide the basket into the Air fryer, setting the timer for 25 minutes. Remove cheesecake from Air fryer after it is finished and test the center to see if it’s set. Set dish aside and allow to cool before serving.

Chocolate Moist Cake

Serves: 2

Time: 25mins

Ingredients:

  • 80g all-purpose flour
  • 16g cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 16g butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup heavy milk
  • 16g sugar
  • ¼ cup raw chocolate
  • 16g sugar syrup

Directions:

Preheat the air fryer to 280 degrees. With the help of an electric beater beat the egg till fluffy. Add in butter and sugar, beat well. In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Combine with eggs mixture and fold.

Add milk and beat the mixture again for 2-3 minutes. Transfer this mixture into greased baking pan and let it bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt chocolate and add 1 tablespoon of butter. When cake is made, let it cook well.

Cut the cake into 3 equal slices and spread sugar syrup on the bottom layer of the cake. Spread melted chocolate. Place the second layer of cake and spread sugar syrup then chocolate. Place final layer and spread ramming chocolate on the whole cake well. Serve and enjoy.

Pineapple Creamy Cake

Ingredients:

  • 48g all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 oz. butter
  • ½ tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ⅛ cup milk
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cups whipped cream
  • ½ tablespoons caster sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar syrup

Directions:

Preheat the air fryer to 280 degrees. Beat eggs till fluffy. Add butter and sugar, beat again. Add sifted flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine with eggs mixture and fold with a spatula. Add milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and pineapple juice beat again.

Pour this mixture into greased baking pan and bake for 13 minutes. Combine caster sugar with whipped cream and transfer to the freezer for 15 minutes. Cut the cake from the center and spread sugar syrup on the bottom layer of the cake.

Add 5-6 tablespoons of whipped cream and place pineapple chunks. Top with the second layer of cake and spread ramming cream on the whole cake. Place pineapple chunks. Serve and enjoy.

  • ¼ cup corn starch
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • ½ tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg whites
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup caster sugar

Directions:

Preheat the air fryer to 280 degrees. Beat egg whites till smooth. In a bowl beat cream, cream cheese, and caster sugar until fluffy. Now add butter, milk, cornstarch, vanilla, and beat for 1-2 minutes. Combine with egg whites and fold well.

Transfer into greased baking pan and bake for 13-15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan add cherries with sugar and stir continually until sugar is dissolved. Let it cool well. When the cake is made, place it into place at room temperature for 20 minutes. Drizzle cherry sauce on top and serve.

Lava Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ⅓ cup raw chocolate, melted

Directions:

Preheat the air fryer to 280 degrees. Beat egg till fluffy. Add butter and caster sugar, beat again for 1-2 minutes. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla, milk, and stir gradually. Pour this batter into greased cups.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool down on a cooling rake. Fill a piping bag with molten chocolate and pipe over the cupcakes. Serve and enjoy.
