How To Air Fry Kielbasa

How To Air Fry Kielbasa For Breakfast

Today, we’re going to dive into the process of air frying Kielbasa for our morning meal. Did you know that smoked kielbasa is essentially the same thing as Polish sausage? That’s right, “kielbasa” is the word used in Poland for sausage, indicating that it’s just their way of referring to sausage.

Because people sometimes refer to the air fryer Polish sausage and kielbasa differently, we’ll use those terms interchangeably when discussing kielbasa in the air fryer.

When I was growing up, my grandmother’s family made a lot of kielbasa. Typically when we ate kielbasa, we prepared it in a skillet with a creamy cabbage sauce. Fast forward to present day we have figured out how to get the same great delicious taste in half the time with the air fryer.

What is Kielbasa?

As known across the nation as kielbasa sausage, or Polish sausage, it consists primarily of ground beef and pork mixture. Typically, they taste intensely smokey, marjoramy, clovey, pimento-y, and garlicky. It is often served with sauerkraut since it has such an intense flavor. It is delicious to smoke, fry, or grill it.

How Long Do You Cook Kielbasa In An Air Fryer

For a perfectly crispy kielbasa sausage, it should take 4 minutes on each side. Flip the sausages after 4 minutes, and shake the basket after 4 minutes. When all sausages have been flipped, replace them back into the air fryer and allow them to cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until you reach your desired level of browning.
