What is an Air Fryer?
You’ll quickly fall in love with this countertop appliance! Essentially, it’s a convection oven (the inside of it) that circulates very hot air.
Your food will be cooked evenly and quickly thanks to the circulating air. There are probably some infomercials for air fryers on the internet!
Even though convection ovens are smaller inside, they are often the same size or slightly smaller outside. Camping in an RV or cooking stinky foods outside are both common reasons for buying an air fryer.

Tips For Air-Frying Morel Mushrooms
To loosen tiny critters or the dirt from my morels, I occasionally boil them for 1-3 minutes.
The mushrooms do not need to be sprayed with oil, but sprinkling a little bit on them helps to crisp up and brown the crushed cracker mixture nicely.
The air fryer basket should be removed midway through cooking and shaken. The air fryer basket also helps to keep the mushrooms from sticking to each other.
Cooking Morel Mushrooms By Air Fryer
If you don’t want to use fresh morel mushrooms, use frozen ones instead. To soften them, put them into boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then continue with the stuffing. Compared to fresh morels, their texture will be softer.
Spices or parmesan can also be mixed into the bread crumbs for a more flavorful result. These air-fried morel mushrooms can be eaten as they are with a sauce.
