- 1 cup white rice, already cooked
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- white wine, ½ cup
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- chicken stock, 1 cup
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- 2 cups peas, frozen
- 1 and ½ cups parmesan, grated
Directions:
