- Two potatoes
- Green peas -1/4 cup
- Rice flour -1 tbsp.

- Gram masala -1/2 tsp
- Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp.
- Salt – to taste
- Fat – shallow frying
Aloo Tikki is a shallow-fried method. Cook the peas until soft and cool. Grease the potatoes until well cooked. Let it cool and peel and mix. Add the boiled potatoes and peas and mix well. Now add ginger chili paste, turmeric powder, gram masala, rice flour, and salt Mix everyone thing concurrently into a very soft mixture. Make small balls and place them in the palms of your hands to make small patties. Stir lightly until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot or warm with the chutney of your choice, Aloo Tikki, in the air fryer. Cook the peas until soft and cool. Grease the potatoes until well cooked. Let it cool and peel and mix. Add the boiled potatoes and peas and mix well. Now add ginger chili paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, rice flour, and salt. Stir everything jointly into a very soft mixture.

- Serve hot or warm with the chutney of your choice.
