We’re going to be looking into how to cook short ribs in air fryer. Okay, if you have read my previous posts, you will see me putting up short ribs post. But, what can I say I just love short ribs? Not in the same way that I love using my air fryer but for the time being the short ribs and steak are cool. Having short ribs for dinner can be set to treat, you also have the opportunity to cook it away that you want to cook it. Short ribs or beef for that matter is what I consider experimenting meat, so, that’s what we’re going to do.
We are going to experiment so that our short ribs can come out tender, juicy, and full of wonderful flavor. So get ready for nonstop practical. How To Cook Short Ribs In Air Fryer: Recipe Section

Delicious Short Ribs
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 rack of short ribs
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- ½ teaspoon of brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke
Directions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF. Spray the air fryer basket with some oil.
- Dry the short ribs with a paper towel. Grease them with olive oil and liquid smoke.
- Mix in a small bowl salt, onion and chili powder, pepper, sugar, and garlic. Rub ribs with the seasoning mixture.
- Put the seasoned ribs in the preheated air fryer basket and cook at 400ºF for 20–40 minutes, depending on the rib thickens. If the internal temperature is 145ºF, the ribs are done.
- You may brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for extra 5 minutes for more flavor.

Easy Short
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 rack of short ribs
- 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 2 teaspoons of chives
- 2–3 tablespoons of softened butter
- Pinch of salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375ºF. Spray the air fryer basket with some oil.
- Mix the softened butter with herbs in a small bowl. Cover it and keep it in a refrigerator for 15 minutes until hardened.
- Rub generously both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned steak in the preheated air fryer basket and cook at 375ºF for 12–16 minutes, depending on the thickness and how done you like the meat. Flip it halfway. Cook for 7 minutes on one side and 7 minutes on the other, if you like medium-rare. If you want to get well done, cook 8–9 minutes on each side.

Garlicky Short Ribs
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- Short ribs, 8
- Salt, 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper, 1 teaspoon
- Beef broth, 1 cup
- Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup
- Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder, 1 teaspoon
- Fresh rosemary, 1 sprig
Method:
- Whisk broth with all the spices and seasonings in a bowl.
- Place the short ribs in a baking tray and pour the broth mixture on top.
- Cover the ribs and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Turn on your specific air fryer however it needs to turn and set your timer for 30 minutes.
- Set your air fryer temperature at 350 degrees F.
- Put your ribs in the air fryer and let it for time that was set and at the temperature that was set.
- Serve warm.

- 2 rack of short ribs
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon of rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of sesame or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- Lime wedges and avocado-cucumber salsa, for serving
Directions:
- Mix soy sauce, ginger, honey, vinegar, and oil in a large mixing bowl. Put the short ribs in the bowl. Keep covered for 20–30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380ºF. Cover the inside of air fryer basket with the perforated parchment paper.
- Put the marinated tuna steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380ºF for 30 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time flip it. Let it rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite salsa and lime wedges. Enjoy your short ribs!
