Method 1:

In this method, we are going to discuss the cooking method of savory and tender fall apart pot roast. First, we will look at the ingredients then we will come to the cooking process.

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds of chuck roast
  • 2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of red cooking wine
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • half tablespoon of rosemary
  • half tablespoon of thyme
  • slices of medium onions
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • water for making gravy
  • for the thickness of gravy, use corn starch or wheat flour

Cooking process:

For cooking hot and delicious beef, first of all, cut the meat into small pieces- serving pieces- Then rub the pieces of meat with salt and pepper. Now put it on medium heat in olive oil and cook it until pieces get browned from all sides. Now take a pan and fry onions and then make the layer of browned onions around the meat. The next step is to add the water to an empty skillet and stir it up. Now add the rest of the water along with meat in the pot. Add wine, rosemary, garlic, bay leaves, savory, and thyme in it and let it cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours continuously. After that, remove the meat aside and make the gravy from the broth. Method 2:

In this method, we will discuss the cooking process of fall-apart beef stew with carrots and potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of beef chuck- ribs preferable-
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon of plain flour
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • less than a quarter cup of beef stock

Cooking process:

After washing the meat and making it dry, cut it into small pieces of one and a half inches. Now rub the salt and peer with the meat. In the next step, take a large Dutch oven and heat the meat in olive oil for 10 minutes, and take it out after it gets brown. Now using the same oven or pot, add garlic and onions and sauté it for a minute. To stir and scrape the bottom of the pot, pour in the balsamic vinegar. Now add the tomato paste to it and stir it again for a minute. Now add the beef along with all the other ingredients in it. Pour some extra water into it and put it on boiling for 2 hours. After that, add carrots and potatoes to it and boil it again for an hour.

Method 3:

In this method, we will discuss how to cook simple shoulder beef until it falls apart.

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 3 pounds of shoulder beef roast
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 quarters of bone broth
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of chopped oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons of thyme
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of allspice

Cooking process:

The cooking process of this dish is very simple and easy that it can be cooked perfectly even by a beginner, first of taking the beef and put it in a bowl full of water for 30 minutes. After that, wash it completely so that all the potential germs get away. Now rub the beef with salt, pepper, garlic thyme, turmeric, oregano, and allspice. Put the cooker on slow heat and add chopped onions to it. In a separate pot, cook the beef in olive oil so that it gets brown for 5 minutes. Now transfer the meat to the cooker. If the meat is stuck in the pot, use 3-4 glasses of water and boil it so that the sticky meat will be removed. Now put the cooker on low heat for 7 to hours. You have your simple, shoulder beef roast ready.
