I made mention of this as well, you probably thought I was joking but you need to cook your London broil hot and fast. You need it like this you have a higher chance of not drying out your meat.

When you’re setting your London broil the air fryer basket ensures that it fits, any means necessary. If you’re having some form of difficulties bit the steak into the air fryer basket and see if you can cut it so that it fits.

The internal temperature on a London broil should read 135 degrees for medium-rare and 145 degrees for medium to well done.

Yield: 4 servings

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Marinating time: 2 hours

Ingredients:

  • top round steak (1)
  • olive oil (3 tbsp)
  • red wine vinegar (3 tbsp)
  • garlic (2 tablespoons, minced)
  • smoked paprika (1 teaspoon)
  • parsley (1 tbsp, fresh, chopped)
  • oregano (1 tbsp, fresh, chopped)
  • thyme (½ tbsp fresh)
  • sea salt (2 tsp)
  • ground black pepper (1 tsp)

Instructions:

  1. Add the parsley, olive oil, paprika, red wine vinegar, garlic, thyme, and oregano, in a bowl. Mix the ingredients until it is fully combined.
  2. Add the round meat into the bowl and mix until the steak is properly coated.
  3. Cover up your marinate steak and put it in the fridge. Let it marinate for 2-3 hours.
  4. Take out the marinated steak and set your air fryer temperature at 450 degrees F to preheat.
  5. Cook 7 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve and Enjoy!
