When you air fry your food in the air fryer I won’t say that is overcomplicated but is simple. The London broil will be just simple so do not skip any of the steps or and your London bought won’t you juicy and tender.

I made mention of this as well, you probably thought I was joking but you need to cook your London broil hot and fast. You need it like this you have a higher chance of not drying out your meat.

You should get yourself a digital thermometer if you do not have one. If you’re looking to get your steak will medium-rare, its internal temperature would have to be 135°F. If you want your steak medium to medium-well then the internal temperature needs to be 145°F.

The internal temperature on a London broil should read 135 degrees for medium-rare and 145 degrees for medium to well done.

London Broil, Air Fryer Style

Yield: 4 servings

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Marinating time: 2 hours


  • top round steak (1)
  • olive oil (3 tbsp)
  • red wine vinegar (3 tbsp)
  • garlic (2 tablespoons, minced)
  • smoked paprika (1 teaspoon)
  • parsley (1 tbsp, fresh, chopped)
  • oregano (1 tbsp, fresh, chopped)
  • thyme (½ tbsp fresh)
  • sea salt (2 tsp)
  • ground black pepper (1 tsp)


  1. Add the parsley, olive oil, paprika, red wine vinegar, garlic, thyme, and oregano, in a bowl. Mix the ingredients until it is fully combined.
  2. Add the round meat into the bowl and mix until the steak is properly coated.
  3. Cover up your marinate steak and put it in the fridge. Let it marinate for 2-3 hours.
  4. Take out the marinated steak and set your air fryer temperature at 450 degrees F to preheat.
  5. Cook 7 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
