Cook Time: 40 mins

  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cornish hens

Instructions:

  1. Rub the olive oil on both chickens, make sure that it’s fully coated all around the chicken. Season your chicken with pepper and salt. If you have other seasonings that you like you can use them on your chicken even if it’s not listed in the ingredients.
  2. Place your chicken in the basket of the air fryer and cook your chicken for 40 minutes at 400°F
