  • Celery rib,1, chopped
  • Onion, 1/4 cup chopped
  • White bread, 4 slices, cubed
  • Fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons, minced
  • Salt, 1/8 teaspoon
  • Sage, 1/8 teaspoon, rubbed
  • White pepper, 1/8 teaspoon
  • Marjoram, 1/8 teaspoon, dried
  • Thyme, 1/8 teaspoon, dried
  • Chicken broth, 1/3 cup, reduced-sodium

Pork Chops:

  • Pork rib chops, 4, 7 ounces each
