  • Crumbled cheese 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil, 1 teaspoon

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF.
  2. Lightly grease tortillas with olive oil on both sides. Make a small cut in the middle of cheese sticks and put chilies in the formed pockets. Put cheese on the tortillas and roll them up.
  3. Put them in the preheated air fryer, seam side down. Cook it at 400ºF for 7–10 minutes.

  1. Set your air fryer to preheat air fryer to 380 degrees. Add your pork tenderloin and lime juice and toss to evenly coat.
  2. Lay your tortillas on a flat surface, and evenly top with your pork and cheese. Carefully roll your tortillas and seal the ends with a splash of water.

For Avocado Cream Sauce:

  • Avocado, 1, large, pitted
  • Sour cream, ½ cup
  • Clove garlic, 1

  • Lime juice, 1 tablespoon
  • Ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon, fresh
  • Kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon


  1. Mix cream cheese, minced beef, cumin, chipotle, chipotle sauce, and chili powder in a large bowl.
  2. Add ground pepper, salt, and combine well.
  3. On a safe microwave plate, spread the tortillas and cover them with a moist paper towel.
  4. Microwave it for 30 seconds.
  5. Take out the tortillas and spread ¼ cup of filling on one end portion of the tortilla.
  6. Drizzle the grated cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese near the filling.
  7. Roll up the tortilla firmly.
