How To Cook A Breakfast Burrito In an Air Fryer

Ingredients:

  • Turkey or chicken breast (8 slices)
  • Eggs (4, beaten)
  • Bell pepper (½, red, sliced)
  • Avocado (½, sliced)
  • Mozzarella cheese (¼ cup, grated)
  • Salsa (4 tbsp.)
  • Salt & pepper (1 tsp. Each)
  • Tortilla (2)

Directions:

  • 750 g of tomatoes

  • 2 avocados, ripe; about 400 g

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Roast pumpkin seeds in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Allow to cool, chop and prepare. clean the tomatoes and cut them into two equal halves and remove the stems. Cut tomatoes into 3 cm pieces.
  2. Cut jalapeno into fine rings. Halve the avocado longitudinally, remove the kernel. Remove the pulp with a tablespoon and cut it into 3 cm pieces. Pick coriander and mint leaves and cut finely. Squeeze orange half.
  3. Add heat to the pan with oil in it, add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Fry tomatoes for 2 minutes over high heat, stirring gently 1-2 times. Deglaze with orange juice. Remove from heat, add avocado and jalapeño, season with salt.
